Mike Mejia
Mike Mejia, C.S.C.S., is one of the top strength-training writers in the country. Mejia, who is Men's Health's "Muscle Guy" columnist, has been a personal trainer in New York City since 1993, working with a clientele ranging from elite athletes to corporate CEOs. He received his undergraduate degree in exercise physiology from Adelphi University and has a master's in the same field from Queens College.

Along with Lou Schuler, Dr. Jeff Volek, and Adam Campbell, he authored The Testosterone Advantage Plan, a paradigm shift in fat-loss and muscle-building programs featuring Mejia's weight training workouts. Mejia, along with John Berardi, also published Scrawny to Brawny, a skinny-guy's guide to packing on muscle. His other titles include The Men's Health Gym Bible, Men's Health Better Body Blueprint: The Start-Right, Stick-to-It Strength Training Plan, and The Special Ops Workout. He lives on Long Island, New York.
